Our Leadership

As a Presbyterian Church, Veto Presbyterian Church is led by elders and deacons.  Elders are pastors who the spiritual well-being of the church with the assistance of deacons who serve the many practical needs of the congregation.  We are greatly blessed with faithful, Christ-centered leaders at Veto Presbyterian:

John Fennell

  • Pastor

My name is John Fennell. I am a child of God, servant of Christ, husband to Julie, father to Ian, Colin, and Jameson, and owner of Gordie and Molly (our dogs). I am currently serving as a Student Pastor here at Veto while completing my Master of Divinity Degree at Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary. I am an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Baltimore Orioles (yes, strange combination - I know). When not pastoring, studying, or "familying," I enjoy the beach, the river, and reading biographies of famous athletes. I am thankful to have the opportunity to serve my Great Shepherd, Jesus Christ, by tending to His flock here at Veto. It is my heart's consuming passion to see Christ  boldy and unapologetically proclaimed not only from the pulpit, but also in the ordinary and everyday lives of His people!

Bill Howell

  • Ruling Elder

Bill Howell is a financial advisor and local businessman. He collects model trains and considers himself a barbeque pit master (his wife disagrees).

Steve Venham

  • Deacon

Hi Folks, this is Steve Venham, Deacon at Veto PCA Church. Please come and visit us at Veto. We do have great fellowship and meals to go along with it. I enjoy being outdoors in our great creation with my wife Donna, son Gabe, and of course our Aussie dog Molly (Gabe and Molly pictured above).
